Fully coupled and flexible

The Flow solver is an unstructured, all-speed Navier–Stokes solver capable of handling a wide range of incompressible and compressible flow regimes over complex geometries.

Its fully coupled numerical approach makes it suitable for both steady-state and transient simulations across a broad spectrum of time-step sizes.

Comprehensive and accurate

The Flow solver supports numerous RANS turbulence models, including those optimized for unstructured grids, ensuring wall accuracy without requiring additional boundary-layer meshing near walls.

A comprehensive set of physical models is available, including humidity, mixtures, passive scalars, particle tracking, and porous media, enabling application to diverse engineering challenges.

Boundary condition capabilities

The Flow solver also provides advanced boundary condition capabilities such as periodic and cyclic conditions, rotating frames of reference, and simplified models for fans, pumps, screens, far-field, outflow, and blockages, offering a versatile toolkit for turbomachinery and other internal and external flow applications.

The solver is fully parallelized and integrated into Maya HTT’s multiphysics framework, allowing seamless coupling with TMG for conjugate heat transfer and thermo-mechanical analyses.
